The main specialization of the company is the implementation of the integrated design and estimate documentation for any buildings and structures or their parts under normal and difficult construction conditions (subsidence soils, seismic) while observing high technologies of building production, as well as performing as a general contractor and contractor for foundation structures, hydraulic and concrete work. The works performed by the company are: - design and survey (design of hydraulic and special structures, engineering and geological surveys, laboratory study of the physical and mechanical properties of soils); - bases and foundations; - buried structures; - repair, reconstruction and strengthening of the foundations of existing buildings; - strengthening the grounds; - hydraulic engineering and special works (drainage systems, anti-filtration curtains and underground structures, fences, retaining walls, anti-landslide structures, hidden laying of communications under existing structures); - construction of buildings and structures of all types (including commercial and residential real estate); - the construction of monolithic structures, etc.
