Aircraft Structural Engineering Services, Including Design and Static Strength
Our company provides wide variety of aircraft structural engineering services, including design, static strength, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis for numerous parts of primary and secondary airframe structures. Our qualified and high-skilled engineers perform all types of hand calculations as well as FEA examinations using either simplified 2D or elaborated (detailed) 3D mesh to build global or local FE models. Our experience includes lightweight metallic and composite materials. We work to meet all customers’ expectations. In accordance with airworthiness requirements Tucana Engineering Ukraine works with: - Aircraft Primary structures design and strength analysis (Wing and Fuselage structures, Empennage, Wing-to-Fuselage attachment) - Secondary structures design and strength analysis: system brackets, aircraft interiors: walls and ceiling panels, luggage racks, galleys, lavatories and service zones Based on the specific program requirements, we’re using such CAD tools for design work as CATIA V.4, CATIA V.5, and CAE tools MSC NASTRAN/ MSC PATRAN, Altair HyperMesh / OptiStruct for Stress analysis and structural optimization.
