Our company provides a number of aircraft structural engineering services, including design, static strength, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis for numerous parts of primary and secondary airframe structures. Our skilled engineering team performs all types of hand calculations as well as FEA examinations using either simplified 2D or elaborated (detailed) 3D mesh to build global or local FE models. We are experienced in lightweight metallic and composite materials. Meeting our customer’s requirements and high-quality work performance is what we strive for. In accordance with airworthiness requirements, our company works with: - Aircraft Primary structures design and strength analysis (Wing Design and Fuselage structures, Empennage, Wing-to-Fuselage attachment) - Secondary structures design and strength analysis: system brackets, aircraft interiors: walls and ceiling panels, luggage racks, galleys, lavatories and service zones - Based on the specific program requirements, we’re using such CAD tools for design work as CATIA V.4, CATIA V.5, and CAE tools MSC NASTRAN/ MSC PATRAN, Altair HyperMesh / OptiStruct for Stress analysis and structural optimization.
