Organic food production consulting
The target of the Organic Market Development in Ukraine Project is considered stimulating the growth of small and medium enterprises in the sphere of the Ukrainian organic food through the development of both organic and regional food value chains. The project will function on the Ukrainian and international markets. The approach the Project applies is demand-driven. The goal is to increase the competitiveness of the Ukrainian organic sector using the following strategies: • Increasing the quality and the turnover of selected organic agricultural crops from small and medium enterprises for export; • Improving the quality and increasing the turnover of organic dairy products from small and medium enterprises for the Ukrainian market; • Developing a trademark for regional food products from the Carpathians regions; • Increasing the level of commercial services in the organic sector; • Stimulating the creating of a favorable environment for the development of the organic sector.
