Shipbuilding project management
The company deals with ship manufacture and shipbuilding. Standard scope of services: - quotation (selection of a subcontractor capable of fulfilling an order or organizing a tender among Ukrainian subcontractors); - preparation of negotiations with selected subcontractors (assistance in writing a new text of the contract or making changes to the draft contract provided by the client, taking into account the requirements of local legislation, translation of the text of the contract into national languages); - agency support of the construction process (identification of possible problems that may affect the delivery time and the development of effective solutions). Additional services: - project management at a glance; - organization of technical supervision during construction in sight; - assistance in organizing technical inspection during the construction process; - assistance in subcontracting any design work; - assistance in subcontracting any engineering works; - assistance in organizing the towing and transportation of ore; - assistance in raising funds for shipbuilding projects implemented in Ukraine.
