\n The Xiaoice social chatbot was launched in 2015 in China on several Chinese platforms, and a year later Microsoft began testing it in the WeChat messenger, which was then called the largest Turing test. For Chinese internet users, Xiaoice is a 17-year-old girl with appropriate behavior and communication. She currently has over 500 million WeChat friends and interacts with users in 16 channels.
